The Junior Graphic Designer will collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality graphics for a variety of projects, including branding collateral, digital look books, wholesale requests, national advertisements, and Large Retail Store (LSR) look books. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Essential Functions:

  • Design primarily print-based content for all Peter Millar departments.
  • Produce visual solutions that meet channel and collection-specific needs (Direct-to-Consumer, digital, wholesale, LSR).
  • Ensure all projects are executed with proper time management.
  • Manage typography and layout iterations.
  • Organize and label files; archive completed projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Art Director, photographers, designers, and copywriters.
  • Assist in prepping presentations.

  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Document proofing and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively within brand aesthetics.
  • Understanding of foundational design concepts (spatial relations, typography).

Desired Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or advertising.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and proficiency in Word, Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience.
