Title: Jr. Designer, Graphic Design

Location: Dallas, Texas (Required)

Hybrid/Onsite/Remote: HYBRID role

McKesson’s Corporate Brand and Creative Services team is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer who thrives on learning, collaborating, and bringing fresh ideas to life. As part of our team, you’ll work within a dynamic brand architecture—balancing the masterbrand and subbrands—to deliver high-impact, on-brand design solutions across multiple channels. You’ll leverage the latest tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Express, and explore AI and automation to elevate your workflow. Your work will help ensure brand consistency and inspire innovation across diverse projects and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring fresh ideas and creative energy to every project as you design digital assets, print materials and presentations that align with McKesson’s brand standards
  • Work hands-on with Adobe Creative Cloud (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Express) to deliver high-quality, on-brand designs
  • Create and maintain user-friendly PowerPoint templates and digital assets that enhance productivity and brand consistency
  • Explore and adopt AI-driven tools and automation to improve workflow and output quality
  • Collaborate with teammates across disciplines, learning from others and sharing your perspective while always ensuring creative solutions meet business objectives
  • Help maintain brand consistency across a complex architecture, supporting both our masterbrand and subbrands
  • Manage multiple projects with precision, always keeping an eye on the details
  • Prepare files for print and digital release, based on specifications and deadlines ensuring every deliverable meets our standards for quality and accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Express
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, Outlook and Word
  • Experience working within brand design systems applying hierarchy, contrast, organization and proportion to communicate creative concepts across a range of mediums; ability to execute consistently across complex brand structures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with B2B or Healthcare design contexts preferred
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation in creative workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building brand design systems and a portfolio that shows ability to deliver consistent, high-impact work
  • Understanding of business concepts and ability to translate them into visual solutions
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Workfront, Ceros, motion graphics or interactive content creation

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid role based in Dallas Metro Area; onsite presence required per team schedule
  • Occasional travel for team meetings or events (≤10%)

Minimum Education & Typical Experience or Equivalent Combination:

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$56,700 - $94,500
