The Opportunity:
CACI is hiring a Journeyman Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Stennis, Mississippi! The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Homeland Enterprise Information Technology Services (HEITS) for the continued operations, maintenance, and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN).

Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be supporting the DHS HEITS team responsible for the DHS Secure Remote Solution (SRS), an NSA Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC). Your responsibilities will include:

Tier I Support:

  • Manage End User Device (EUD) logistics and inventory.

  • Issue and provision EUDs, including BIOS updates.

  • Troubleshoot Tier I issues and create local helpdesk tickets.

  • Interact with end users and coordinate with the Archon Mission Critical Support (AMCS) team.

Tier II Support:

  • Troubleshoot Tier II issues and coordinate with AMCS Support.

  • Create and track local helpdesk tickets.

  • Gather, track, collate, and report new customer feature requests.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with deploying, updating, and supporting custom applications and OS images for desktops, laptops, servers, storage, and networks.

  • Help develop and deploy standardized client images using MDT, SCCM, Visual Basic Script, Batch, and PowerShell.

  • Aid in software deployments for secure access techniques using various development and automation techniques.

  • Collaborate with support teams to handle incidents timely.

  • Interface with clients, customers, vendors, and support teams to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.

  • Rack/un-rack, install/uninstall, repair/replace, and set up/rebuild servers and network devices.

  • Participate in testing new software, systems, and network technologies.

  • Document, track, and coordinate incidents in ServiceNow.

  • Join troubleshooting bridge calls for major incidents.

  • Perform Tier II-level administration tasks.

  • Assist with postmortem activities and operational improvements.

  • Implement new processes, create reports, and address ad-hoc requests based on management recommendations.

  • Contribute to documentation in the Knowledge Base, SOPs, work instructions, and job aids.

  • Continuously cross-train in systems and network administration.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Clearance: Current TS/SCI clearance.

  • Experience:

    • Analysis of classified information systems and network access.

    • Critical thinking and application of analytical methodologies to raw data.

    • Clear articulation of analysis through oral and written communication.

    • Professional appearance and demeanor.

    • Mission-oriented with ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, critical environment.

  • Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma with 10-14 years of experience.

    • Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of experience.

    • Master’s degree with 2-4 years of experience.

  • Certifications: At least one of the following:

    • Relevant Microsoft Windows administrator certification

    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

    • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ Certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,800 - $142,200
