Our Talent Community is a way for us to stay connected with people who are interested in opportunities at Niche, even when we don’t have a specific role open that’s the right fit. 

Candidates can submit their information to express interest in future opportunities, and our Talent Team regularly reviews these profiles to identify potential matches as new roles open. When we see a strong alignment, we’ll reach out to start the conversation.
