Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today! – X-ray Technologist (Radiological Technologist ) SR25 Job Share
Oregon State Hospital in Salem is seeking an X-ray Technologist to work a split 20-hour work week; Monday and Tuesday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and Wednesday, 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
The purpose of this job/position is to provide patient services as a radiologic technologist in the Medical Department. The person filling this position provides radiology and EKG coverage to all patients at the Oregon State Hospital. Coverage of the department outside of regular hours is provided by our contracted radiology group and community medical hospital. The number of EKGs and X-Rays can vary from day-to-day, requiring flexibility and effective communication. The technologist assuming this role will also need to receive and prioritize STAT orders accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be reflected in your application for consideration.
Certification as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry for Radiological Technologists and a valid Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist license issued by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging at the time of appointment OR other authorization issued by the Board of Medical Imaging to practice diagnostic radiologic technology in the following categories: head, upper extremities, lower extremities, chest and ribs, abdomen and spine.
