Responsibilities
Evaluate existing Salesforce org configuration, integrations, and data model.
Identify technical gaps, scalability issues, and “quick-win” improvement opportunities.
Define target-state recommendations for global rollout (Sales, Service, Opportunity Management).
Partner with the Data Strategist to align CRM and MDM approaches.
Support documentation of sequencing, dependencies, and technical risk log.
Qualifications
6+ years Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud essential; Service Cloud a plus).
Strong understanding of global rollout strategies and org consolidation.
Hands-on ability to analyze configuration and provide architecture-level insights.
Experience engaging with business stakeholders and translating requirements into actionable recommendations.
