We are looking for a Global D&I Senior Analyst to drive the execution, governance, and continuous evolution of our Diversity & Inclusion strategy across regions. This role combines analytical rigor, stakeholder influence, and program management to ensure that D&I is embedded into our culture, talent lifecycle and, and business decisions.
In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing our global D&I agenda by driving scalable programs, strengthening inclusive leadership capabilities, and enabling better talent and business outcomes.
You will report directly to the ESG Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution
Support the deployment of the global D&I strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regional contexts
Translate strategic pillars into actionable plans, initiatives, and measurable outcomes
Data & Insights
Monitor and analyze diversity metrics (representation, hiring, retention, promotion)
Generate insights to inform decision-making and identify gaps and opportunities
Partner with People Analytics to strengthen data governance and reporting
Programs, Initiatives & Capability Building
Lead and execute global and regional D&I programs including inclusive hiring, development programs, awareness campaigns
Design and implement end-to-end initiatives, from concept to measurement, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local needs
Develop and deploy D&I learning and capability-building journeys for different audiences (i.e: leaders, managers, employes)
Partner with L&D to integrate D&I into leadership development, onboarding, and continuous learning experiences
Facilitate or support training sessions, workshops, and internal dialogues on inclusion-related topics
Ensure scalability, consistency, and adaption across regions
Define success metrics and evaluate program effectiveness through behavioral, cultural, and business impact indicators
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Leadership, and Business Unit to embed D&I into processes
Act as strategic partner to regional teams, influencing without direct authority
Governance & Reporting
Support the definition and tracking of global and local D&I goals
Contribute to ESG reporting, disclosures, and external benchmarking
Culture & Engagement
Strengthen inclusive culture through initiatives focused on belonging, inclusion and awareness
Partner with and support Affinity Groups by defining governance, enabling alignment with D&I strategy, and strengthening their impact on culture, talent, and business outcome
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Human Rights, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in ESG, Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability, or related field, with a proven track record in managing projects and initiatives.
Proven experience in D&I, ESG (Social pillar), HR within a corporate environment.
Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in data interpretation and storytelling.
Experience working in global or multi-regional environments
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizations
Strong communication and influencing skills
Native or intermediate Portuguese and English
