CI&T is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the data workflow on a managed services project for a large global healthcare company. You will work on an established platform that integrates data from 9 business units, 5 ERPs, an Azure data warehouse, daily ETL pipelines, and a globally used Power BI ecosystem.
The role requires interfacing between the business and the technical team (engineers and data analysts), being responsible for managing the backlog, translating business needs into clear deliverables, validating results, and representing the data area to senior stakeholders. The role is performed jointly with a Service Delivery Manager and a Data Tech Lead.
We are looking for someone who takes the lead, leads in ambiguous environments, and defines paths—not someone who waits for instructions. The context is sound, complex, and operations-oriented.
📌 Communication and Stakeholder Management
-Fluent English - C1 or higher - (speaking and writing) to work with directors and senior managers.
-Experience dealing with demanding stakeholders in consulting or managed services environments.
-Professional presence, good communication, and ability to "read the environment."
📌 Product & Data Experience
-More than 3 years as a Data Product Manager / Product Owner.
-Solid understanding of the data lifecycle: acquisition, transformation, DW, and visualization.
-Practical familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Data Lake.
-Experience with Power BI (models, updates, validation).
-Knowledge of ERP data integration (NetSuite, SAP, Business Central, Dynamics, or similar).
📌 Profile and Work Style
-Extreme proactivity: creating processes, defining standards, structuring requirements, and resolving ambiguities.
-Experience in Managed Services / KTLO (maintenance and evolution of existing platforms).
-Comfort with high operational pressure (pipeline failures, escalations, SLAs).
-Curiosity to understand the business and connect client needs to the technical solution.
🎯Key Responsibilities
-Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
-Translate business needs into clear data timeline requirements.
-Validate deliverables before they reach the customer.
-Facilitate prioritization with stakeholders, explaining impacts and trade-offs.
-Connect the business area and technical team, ensuring understanding on both sides.
-Quickly learn the context: multiple entities, ERPs, and international operations.
-Create and improve processes (intake, templates, flows).
-Support data incidents and monitor the quality of deliverables.
⭐ Desirable Skills
-Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or companies supported by PE.
-Experience with Kanban, Jira, and data governance.
-Knowledge of Salesforce integrations.
-Familiarity with frameworks such as DAMA/DMBOK.
