Requirements:
Solid experience with ITSM / ITIL;
Experience with level 2 (L2) support, investigation, analysis and interpretation of logs, detailing and troubleshooting (troubleshooting) for the production of complex technical solutions, composed of several components, from different suppliers and that communicate with different types of integrations (services, queues, files);
Experience with using and creating scripts and service processes;
Flexibility to work in scenarios with critical systems for the customer;
Ease of communication;
English for reading and writing, being able to maintain communication with native speakers;
Availability to eventually work on weekends (typically up to 1 weekend / month).

Desirable:
Fluent English;
Intermediate or fluent Spanish;
Experience with control tools (Jira, ITSM, Trello, etc);
Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, etc);
Experience with SQL and Postman language;
Experience with cloud systems (AWS and Azure).
Availability to work in shifted hours (typically 4:00PM-1:00AM Brazilian time) or night shift (12:00AM-09:00AM).
