About the Role:
The Senior Manager is responsible for facilitating the seamless integration of our Team's efforts with those of a partnered vendor. This role requires a seasoned leader with outstanding managerial and interpersonal skills, capable of ensuring effective collaboration, alignment of goals, and successful execution across both teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, a strategic mindset, and fluency in English to promote seamless communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Integration Management
- Lead the integration of digital strategy initiatives between our team and the partner vendor
- Ensure all aspects of the program are coordinated effectively across both organizations
- Develop and maintain program integration frameworks and methodologies
- Facilitate alignment of processes, tools, and workflows between teams
Risk & Scope Management
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project scope to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and deliverables
- Monitor and address scope creep, ensuring changes are properly evaluated and approved
- Maintain risk registers and conduct regular risk assessment reviews
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build and maintain robust relationships with all stakeholders across both organizations
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between internal teams and the partner vendor
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership teams of both organizations
- Navigate cultural and organizational differences to foster productive partnerships
Timeline & Resource Coordination
- Establish and maintain project timelines with clear milestones and dependencies
- Manage resources efficiently to meet all deliverables on schedule
- Coordinate resource allocation across integrated teams
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee the performance of the integrated program against defined KPIs
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement to enhance collaboration and output quality
- Conduct regular program reviews and retrospectives
- Report on program health, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership
Team Leadership
- Guide and support team members, fostering an environment of teamwork, innovation, and accountability
- Mentor and develop team members across both organizations
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices between integrated teams
- Resolve conflicts and address team dynamics proactively
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and program artifacts
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
- Ensure transparency and accountability through clear communication channels
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future integration efforts
Required Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Experience
- 5+ years in a managerial role focused on program integration or digital strategy
- Proven experience managing cross-organizational or vendor partnerships
- Track record of successful program delivery in technology or related sectors
- Experience leading geographically distributed or multicultural teams
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Familiarity with digital strategy concepts and technology landscapes
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project,
Monday.com)
- Understanding of vendor management and partnership governance frameworks
