We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into effective technical solutions. This role will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions and the continuous evolution of our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear documentation for technical teams.
- Actively participate in refinement sessions, planning, and other agile ceremonies, supporting prioritization and shared understanding.
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven improvements focused on business value.
- Support engineering teams with a clear understanding of integrations, business rules, and system impacts.
- Ensure continuous alignment between business, product, and technology throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support functional testing and validate deliveries with stakeholders.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Technical background in Java, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Mandatory knowledge of RESTful APIs, including understanding integrations, contracts, and data flows.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and good organizational abilities.
- Advanced English for conversational purposes, with active participation in meetings and discussions with international stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience with requirements refinement using GenAI, including creating agents or leveraging AI tools to support analysis, documentation, and prioritization.
