We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations professional to support CI&T’s Global Offerings, acting as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring pipeline accuracy, operational efficiency, financial governance, and data-driven decision-making across a global B2B technology environment.
You will operate at the intersection of sales strategy, operations, and finance, supporting leadership with insights, structure, and scalable processes that enable sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Own and ensure end-to-end data accuracy, hygiene, and governance across CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
Monitor and analyze pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with Sales Leadership to align pipeline expectations, financial goals, and execution.
Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to drive alignment and operational efficiency.
Support lead management, sales enablement, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Provide regular reporting and executive-level insights on performance, pipeline evolution, and budget execution.
Support global sales operations, working across regions and business units.
Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives to scale sales operations.
Organize and maintain sales playbooks, assets, and enablement materials.
Support onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives with data-driven insights.

Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations within B2B technology companies.
Proven experience managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with large datasets.
Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
