We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Attraction with strong experience recruiting data professionals. This role demands market knowledge, resilience, and a consultative mindset to support fast-paced and complex hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies and challenge role requirements when needed.
Maintain an organized and engaged pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities.
Manage multiple openings with agility, prioritization, and ownership.
Must-have skills:
Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-volume environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Really nice to have skills:
Strong experience recruiting for data-related roles.
Solid understanding of stacks, and concepts such as SQL, Python, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud platforms.
Own end-to-end recruitment for roles like Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, AI Developer, and others in the data space.
