What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll analyst to join our dynamic People Operations team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our fast-paced, global digital product company. Your primary focus will be on administering local payroll processes and all related activities.

What You’ll Be Doing
Payroll Systems Maintenance: Oversee and maintain payroll systems to ensure the timely and accurate processing of paychecks, while effectively managing and monitoring the affiliation process with governmental entities to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations.
Reporting and Auditing: Prepare regular payroll reports for management review and conduct thorough audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and adherence to SOX compliance standards.
Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate payroll data input.
Assist in the implementation of payroll controls.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments to enhance payroll service performance, ensuring seamless communication and integration of payroll processes.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support: Facilitate all People-related onboarding and offboarding activities within the team, ensuring a smooth transition for employees throughout their employment journey and payroll experience.
Overtime Policy Management: Manage the liquidation process for overtime policies, including controls, calculations, and the necessary documentation to ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of final payments.
Process Improvement Initiatives: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and systems, driving increased efficiency and effectiveness in payroll operations and broader HR functions.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in payroll or a similar administrative role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in software tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and SmartSheet, with the ability to create charts and spreadsheets.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Payroll Software Knowledge: Familiarity with various types of payroll software.
Bilingual Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Eagerness to find innovative ways to enhance efficiency.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
Positive Attitude: A proactive and optimistic approach to work.
Educational Background: Experience in a People Administrative support role or relevant qualification is a plus.

Familiarity with SOX Compliance regulations.
