• Translate business and product requirements into scalable software architecture solutions through technical assessments, discovery sessions, and architectural roadmaps.
• Act as a technical reference for assigned products or accounts, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead architectural design, technology selection, and proof-of-concepts for critical software platforms and innovation initiatives.
Govern technical quality across delivery squads, driving adherence to security, performance, scalability, and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams during planning and solution definition phases, contributing to technical decision-making.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads, promoting architectural best practices and supporting technical growth.
Requirements:
• Experience in software architecture and technical leadership, including system design and solution definition.
• Strong technical breadth across backend, frontend, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of non-functional requirements, including performance, resilience, security, and scalability.
• Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to architecture governance practices.
• Advanced English (spoken and written), with strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have:
• Experience working in consultancy or client-facing environments.
• Knowledge of architectural and delivery frameworks such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), TOGAF, or SAFe.
• Familiarity with platform thinking, design systems, and digital operating models.
• Experience contributing to technical communities, guilds, or internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Public speaking or thought leadership in engineering or software architecture forums.
