The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos is seeking a dynamic Senior JIRA Developer and Administrator to support cloud modernization initiatives for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) at Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) in the Alexandria, VA area. This role is part of a high-impact program focused on delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions that enable operational agility and resilience across the USCG enterprise.
As a JIRA developer and administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing JIRA and Confluence in support of cloud migrations and hosting services in AWS and Azure environments. This role is essential to offering JIRA and Confluence as service to variety of stakeholders and application owners. You’ll work closely with cloud hosting teams, application teams, and program leadership to drive continuous improvement and deliver value to the mission.

BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
