JDE Sr Developer

Cryoport, Inc. is redefining temperature controlled supply chain support for the life sciences industry by continually broadening its platform of solutions, serving the biopharma, reproductive medicine and animal health markets.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting directly to the Director Enterprise Applications of Cryoport Inc, this role focuses on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our JDE ERP system and supporting applications. This role works closely with plant operations, quality, finance, and IT teams to ensure system reliability,
support business needs, and implement new solutions aligned with corporate standards. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but are not limited to):
• Design, develop, and maintain JDE EnterpriseOne applications, including customizations and
enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into
technical solutions.
• Leverage JDE tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency and system performance.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for JDE systems and related applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, processes, and
procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with JDE E1 (9.0/9.1/9.2) development and support.

5+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development.
Proven experience supporting JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) manufacturing modules.
Deep understanding of JDE architecture, including interactive applications, business functions, and reporting.
Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in integrating JDE with third-party systems and applications.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience with RFGEN mobile application development.
Familiarity with JDE Orchestrator.
Experience using ReportsNow for reporting and analytics.
