Java Full Stack Lead - Vice President

• A Java Full Stack Lead is a senior-level software engineer (typically 10+ years experience) responsible for designing, developing, and leading teams to build end-to-end applications. They possess deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, and front-end technologies like Angular or React, ensuring high-quality, scalable code, and robust system architecture. 

  Key Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership: Mentoring developers, setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and designing complex distributed systems.
• Full Stack Development: Hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Front-End Expertise: Building responsive user interfaces with Angular (e.g., Angular 17), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• DevOps & Architecture: Implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and RESTful APIs.
• System Design: Designing scalable, secure (JWT/OAuth), and cloud-native applications.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Generally 10-12+ years of relevant experience.
• Backend: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, Kafka.
• Frontend: React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
• Database: SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions.
• Tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure
• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
