Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview 

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to support the enhancement, maintenance, and support of enterprise-grade applications within an Agile Scrum environment. The role involves full lifecycle development, cross-team collaboration, and troubleshooting complex application issues, with a strong focus on Java, Oracle Database, and UNIX/Linux platforms

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based application built on Oracle Exadata platform. 
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, design, development, code reviews, testing, and deployment. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, providing engineering-level (L2 / L4) support to development teams. 
  • Develop and optimize database interactions using Oracle SQL/PLSQL
  • Work in UNIX/Linux environments, including scripting, log analysis, and process troubleshooting. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, DevOps engineers, and architects to guide application design and technical direction. 
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to improvements in build, deployment, and release automation. 
  • Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation and Architecture diagrams for code, configurations, and integrations. 
  • Facilitate integration between multiple systems, platforms, and applications. 

Required Technical Skills 

  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaSpring / Spring Boot / REST APIs, and enterprise application development. 
  • Solid experience with Oracle Database, including ANSI SQL and PL/SQL development. 
  • Proficiency in UNIX/Linux operating systems, including shell scripting and command-line utilities. 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira / RTC. 
  • Experience in utilizing VERACODE for Code Vulnerabilities

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills 

  • Exposure to Azure / AWS cloud and cloud-based application deployments.  
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.  
  • Understanding of financial markets and asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure monitoring tools such as SPLUNK / Dynatrace.

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.  
  • 1–3 years of hands-on development experience in Java-based enterprise / Oracle Database applications
  • Proven experience in design, coding, and code reviews within a team-based development environment.

Work Requirement

  • Office Four days a week one day work from home

  • 9am to 5pm

Salary Range:

$52,000 - $91,000 Annual
