Position Purpose & Objectives:
Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, inventory and working capital measurements, lean manufacturing improvements, financial reporting per US GAAP and local GAAP, costing, and strong internal controls across operations.

Major Tasks & Level Accountability:
•    Analyze operational performance versus internal commitments, communicate variances and implement appropriate countermeasures.
•    Leads preparation and review of annual operating plan including review of material pricing, material usage, labor requirements, overhead and capital spending.
•    Partners with plant operations to evaluate capital investment and internal hurdle rates.
•    Drive business goals such as cost reduction initiatives, working capital management, and return on capital employed to ensure they are adequately measured, managed and achieved.
•    Oversee and reconcile inventory cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and reconciliation process.
•    Identify issues and proactively initiate analyses / solutions across supply chain business processes.
•    Maintain controls throughout the business unit to adequately safeguard the assets of the company and to identify potential risks in a timely manner.
•    Push continuous improvement and best practices deployment throughout operations.
•    Provide business analysis on trends, issues, and favorable/unfavorable developments across operations.
•    Identify measure and execute productivity saving targets.
•    Develop accurate standard cost and provide cost analysis 
•    Ensure all finance processes and key operation processes are documented and executed per SOX requirements.
•    Ensure compliance of all direct and indirect tax related policies and procedures with statutory requirements
•    Build, develop, train and retain high calibre Finance and strategy teams.

Qualifications-Knowledge and Skills:
•    Manufacturing operations background.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines.
•    Demonstrated collaboration skills and understanding of manufacturing and operational culture.
•    Ability to create presentations that articulate business problems and present coherent solutions for leadership. 
•    Ability to compile and analyze data, formulate recommendations and present action plans.
•    Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions and collaborate with others in a group setting.
•    Self-motivated, ability to manage multiple tasks, organized and an excellent team player 
•    Proficiency in Microsoft office software.
•    Basic English competence in oral and written

Education or Experience
-    Degree in Accounting, Finance or above, or Business Administration.
-    Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
