Program Overview
- The program will commence June 1, 2026.
- Eight-week intensive curriculum featuring hands-on, interactive training sessions led by subject matter experts from across the organization. These sessions will focus on practical application, real-life scenarios, and collaborative learning to ensure Residents acquire actionable skills.
- Residents will shadow internal teams to gain firsthand knowledge of the day-to-day responsibilities of a digital marketing professional.
- Residents will learn foundational skills necessary for success across various marketing channels, such as events, content/creative production and management, paid and organic LinkedIn, WordPress management, partnership marketing with partners like Snapchat, Google and Meta, and more.
- Residents will participate in regular assessments to help track their progress and development throughout the program.

Responsibilities
- Attend virtual industry webinars and conferences, synthesize key takeaways, and transform insights into thought leadership blog content for the January Digital website
- Conduct ongoing research on retail, ecommerce, social media, and digital advertising trends to inform timely blog posts and marketing content
- Identify and evaluate relevant industry awards and events, compiling recommendations for agency participation
- Develop static and short-form video creative in Canva for LinkedIn and Instagram to support brand storytelling and campaign promotion
- Assist in testing LinkedIn paid media formats and audience segments, documenting performance insights and optimization learnings
- Support updates to the company website, including uploading press mentions, news updates, and agency announcements
- Draft LinkedIn posts informed by blog content, research, and industry events to amplify thought leadership and brand visibility
- Support public relations initiatives, including drafting press releases for new client partnerships and agency announcements, and contributing to media commentary opportunities
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between May 2025 and May 2026 in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field with relevant coursework required.
- Completed relevant internship or work experience relevant to marketing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Creative and visually minded, with an interest in social media content and design
- Comfortable using AI tools to support content development, creative iteration, and research while maintaining brand voice and quality control
- Curious about retail, ecommerce, media, and digital marketing trends
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Eager to learn and gain exposure to broader marketing, communications, and media
- Applicants will undergo a multi-step interview process and will be asked to complete written and tactical assessments as part of the qualification process.
- Applicants may be required to submit two letters of recommendation from a former professor, internship supervisor or another relevant professional reference who can speak to your qualifications and experience.
- Residents are expected to commit to a 40-hour work week and should be open to traveling to our New York or Dallas offices for 4 or more days per month.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

- The position offers a rate of $20/hour. Successful participants will have the opportunity to join our team as a Coordinator Marketing, at the end of the program.
