Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Duties / Responsibilities:

1. Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors, multiple times a day.

2. Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.

3. Clean restrooms twice daily, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.

4. Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.

5. Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.

6. Work effectively with other team members.

7. Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, time & attendance.

8. Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.

9. Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liner.

10. Clean designated smoking area daily.

11. Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:

1. Able to lift 35 lbs.

2. Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.

3. Must have ability to work independently and as a team player. Must care about quality of work.

4. Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace.

5. Must be reliable.
