The job

Are you looking for more sociable working hours that allow you to enjoy life outside of work? This could be the ideal role for you.

Our Floor Staff & Bat Back team are vital to the seamless running of our high-volume Visitor Experience. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you’ll ensure our spaces are welcoming, efficient, and prepared to deliver an outstanding guest journey from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will span support for tour operations, maintaining immaculate standards across guest areas, and assisting with consumable experiences. In addition, you will play an essential role in bar back duties, supporting our bartending team with restocking, glassware management, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the bar is consistently organised and service ready. This operational support is crucial in keeping our high-volume site running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll work daytime shifts with occasional evening events. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to stay proactive and positive under pressure.

About you

To thrive in this role, you will be:

Hardworking & Highly Reliable

You show up ready to work and take pride in delivering consistently high standards. You’re dependable, punctual, and committed to supporting the wider team.

Efficient, Organised & Strong Under Pressure

You can handle a fast-paced environment with ease, staying focused even during peak visitor periods. Multitasking comes naturally, and you’re quick to anticipate what needs to be done next.

Visitor-Focused & Engaging

You enjoy helping people have an exceptional experience. Warm, approachable, and confident, you provide great service to visitors from all backgrounds.

Bar-Back Savvy & Operationally Minded

You’re comfortable supporting bar operations — managing stock levels, clearing and polishing glassware, replenishing fridges, keeping service areas tidy, and ensuring our bartenders have everything they need to deliver premium-quality drinks at pace.

Collaborative & Team-Oriented

You enjoy working as part of a busy, supportive team. You communicate well, adapt easily, and contribute positively to our team culture.

  • Maintain impeccable standards across all areas.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in visitor-facing environments or high-volume hospitality settings.
  • Knowledge of bar operations or basic drink preparation.
  • Experience supporting tour operations or guest experiences.
