THE ROLE:

We are hiring a High-Agency Engineer to transform legacy endpoint management into a high-velocity, AI-augmented operation. Joining our Center of Excellence (CoE), you won't just maintain system, you will leverage GenAI and PowerShell to automate the intersection of Application Packaging, Cloud Deployment (Intune/SCCM), and Vulnerability Management.

 

ABOUT YOU:

Must-Have's

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, InstallShield, and ORCA for application packaging and deployment.
• Strong experience with VBScript and advanced PowerShell scripting, along with a solid understanding of Windows Registry and File System internals.
• 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management, including patch lifecycle management using tools such as WSUS, Active Directory, and endpoint security solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage application packaging, deployment, and remediation processes in enterprise environments.
• A strong AI-first mindset, with experience leveraging Generative AI tools to improve efficiency in triage, packaging, testing, deployment, and operational tasks.
• Hands-on experience using GenAI or automation tools to streamline application packaging, testing, deployment, and vulnerability remediation workflows.

Desired Skills

• Microsoft or vendor certifications (Intune, SCCM, Windows, Azure, ITIL).
• Experience supporting UK/regulated clients.
