About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role where you own the heartbeat of IT and OT service delivery in a GMP-regulated production environment. You are the main driver in ensuring stable, compliant, and scalable IT/OT operations that directly enable production excellence and business success worldwide. You will lead a global support team, drive ServiceNow as the central ITSM platform, and forge cross-site collaboration that elevates operational standards. Within your first 12–18 months, you will:
Deliver consistent, compliant IT/OT service availability that supports uninterrupted production and passes regulatory audits with zero critical findings
Establish a global, standardized ITSM framework on ServiceNow that streamlines service delivery and boosts user satisfaction
Build and lead a high-performing IT/OT support organization renowned for operational excellence and continuous improvement
Foster strong partnerships with production, QA, and IT leadership, ensuring proactive, aligned service delivery that anticipates future business needs
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end IT/OT service delivery, including incident, request, problem, and preventive maintenance management, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
Govern ServiceNow globally as the single source of truth for IT/OT service management. Configuring, aligning processes, and driving continuous improvement
Lead and develop the IT/OT support team, promoting a culture of accountability, growth, and operational discipline
Define, implement, and enforce standardized IT/OT service processes, KPIs, and tools for measurable and scalable service quality
Act as the primary escalation point for complex IT/OT and service desk issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Collaborate with business and production leaders to understand operational demands, anticipate challenges, and deliver proactive solutions
What We Expect From You
Proven experience managing IT and/or OT operations in regulated production or industrial environments, with deep knowledge of GMP principles
Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, including configuration, process ownership, and reporting
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site, cross-functional teams in a global setup
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, able to influence technical and non-technical audiences alike
Solid understanding of IT/OT integration, security frameworks, and operational best practices
