(Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing)
Exposure to technologies such as Wintel, UNIX, Virtualization, and Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Operations dashboards and reports.
Handle backend tasks supporting L1 support teams.
Support and manage operations processes for the team.
Receive training on software applications and operational tools.
Assist in technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Support service teams in responding to technical and customer-related queries.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of desktop operating systems, software applications, and PC hardware.
Understanding of network systems and Internet technologies is an advantage.
Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate diverse requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve user issues.
Eligibility
Must be currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program in a computer-related field at a college or university.
Malaysian citizens only.
Intake: April to May 2026
Duration: 4 to 6 months
