Who we are looking for:
Global Technology Services (GTS) owns the management of a large and complex set of outsourcing arrangements. These arrangements include relationships with third‑party service providers as well as internal agreements across legal entities and business lines.
The IT Vendor Performance and Outsourcing Management (VPOM) team is established within GTS to:
Provide centralized oversight and administration of outsourcing activities
Support effective and consistent management of IT outsourcing arrangements
The team works closely with IT delivery and relationship management functions, as well as with Global Procurement Services, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Legal, and Finance.
The Officer role within the IT Vendor Performance and Outsourcing Management team is responsible for supporting the effective execution of vendor oversight, governance, and outsourcing controls across a global portfolio of IT outsourcing arrangements.
This role focuses on operational governance, process execution, stakeholder coordination, and compliance support, ensuring outsourcing activities are managed in line with internal policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory expectations.
