The Opportunity:
Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Senior IT Systems Analyst supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead analysis and development of computer software for engineering, business, and records management functions
Develop and manage plans for automated information systems from project inception to conclusion
Perform complex analysis of user interfaces and maintain hardware/software performance tuning
Analyze workload and computer usage patterns to optimize system performance
Lead analysis of proposed system modifications, upgrades, and new COTS implementations
Define complex problems and develop comprehensive system requirements
Coordinate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of specifications
Lead the development of system alternative solutions
Design and optimize network topologies
Prepare engineering plans and technical design packages
Oversee hardware/software installation schedules
Lead system configuration and implementation efforts
Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree (STEM degree preferred)
More than 4 years of experience in systems analysis
Proven experience leading technical analysis projects
Strong knowledge of systems analysis methodologies
Experience with system performance optimization
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Desired:
Experience with DoD/Navy programs
Advanced knowledge of network architectures
Experience with legacy system modernization
Knowledge of DoD system requirements
SAFe certification
Experience mentoring junior staff

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200-$158,100
