The Opportunity:

Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Senior IT Systems Analyst supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis and development of computer software for engineering, business, and records management functions

  • Develop and manage plans for automated information systems from project inception to conclusion

  • Perform complex analysis of user interfaces and maintain hardware/software performance tuning

  • Analyze workload and computer usage patterns to optimize system performance

  • Lead analysis of proposed system modifications, upgrades, and new COTS implementations

  • Define complex problems and develop comprehensive system requirements

  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of specifications

  • Lead the development of system alternative solutions

  • Design and optimize network topologies

  • Prepare engineering plans and technical design packages

  • Oversee hardware/software installation schedules

  • Lead system configuration and implementation efforts

  • Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree (STEM degree preferred)

  • More than 4 years of experience in systems analysis

  • Proven experience leading technical analysis projects

  • Strong knowledge of systems analysis methodologies

  • Experience with system performance optimization

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities

Desired:

  • Experience with DoD/Navy programs

  • Advanced knowledge of network architectures

  • Experience with legacy system modernization

  • Knowledge of DoD system requirements

  • SAFe certification

  • Experience mentoring junior staff

  • Strong project management skills

  • Expertise in technical documentation

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
