The Opportunity:
Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as an IT Systems Analyst supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and develop computer software for engineering, business, and records management functions
Assist in developing plans for automated information systems from project inception to conclusion
Analyze user interfaces and maintain hardware and software performance tuning
Monitor computer usage and maintain interfaces with outside systems
Analyze proposed system modifications, upgrades, and new COTS implementations
Support the analysis of problems and information processing requirements
Assist in defining problems and developing system requirements
Coordinate with programmers to ensure proper implementation of specifications
Support the development of system alternative solutions
Conduct site surveys and document current network configurations
Assist with hardware/software installation schedules
Configure computers, communications devices, and peripheral equipment
Support first-line troubleshooting for service interruptions
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Understanding of basic systems analysis principles
Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
Basic troubleshooting skills
Desired:
Experience with DoD/Navy programs or similar government IT systems
Familiarity with network configurations
Understanding of system documentation practices
Knowledge of COTS implementation processes
Basic understanding of project lifecycle management
Experience with technical documentation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
