What you’ll achieve

As an IT Systems Analyst – Atlassian Cloud you will play a key role in supporting change management projects and solve business problems using information technology. You will work collaboratively across all departments of the organization and serve as a Change Agent, who identifies organizational improvements needed, design systems to implement those changes, and train and motivate others to use the related information systems (e.g. tools like JIRA) and you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • As a member of the Global Atlassian Governance Team, you will be responsible for the Atlassian tool landscape at Dedalus (Jira, Confluence) and play a key role in the migration from the current Data Center environment to the Atlassian Cloud platform.
  • Administer, configure, and continuously enhance the global Atlassian Cloud toolstack to ensure optimal scalability. Implement new use cases within Atlassian Jira, including requirements analysis, documentation, and end-user training.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira / Confluence) as an end user or ideally already Atlassian Cloud administration experience.
  • Understanding of IT-Infrastructure and IT Services
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices like Scrum and Kanban

Desirable Requirements

  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage process implementations and associated trainings in close alignment with process management stakeholders.
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Atlassian tools and related services.
  • Experience with the Jira REST API
  • Experience with Python, SQL, REST, Git
