Compensation Range

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to support the company’s AIX, Windows, and Linux Server Security platforms. Platform Security administrators design, install and manage security mechanisms that protect information systems against hackers, breaches, vulnerabilities, viruses and spyware. Duties include Identity Management - SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ administration, security patching and remediation of the Windows and Linux systems, generation of certificates using the internal PKI system, CyberArk support, Malware Protection, cloud security and puppet.
Essential Functions
Work with inter-departmental teams to provide Server Security solutions including Active Directory, certificates, Patching, CyberArk, Identify Management, Cloud Security and Logging, in the support of a variety of server platforms including Puppet
Administer SailPoint Identity Governance efforts to include: automation of identity lifecycle processes, custom rule and policy creation, role mining and access modeling, integration with enterprise applications, and troubleshooting connector integrations
Provide Active Directory support for LDAP and ability upgrade Forest level in several domains
Assist with Directory Services, Operating System Security including Patching and Remediation
Install, configure, maintain, and support of a variety of technologies used to augment the server security environment
Perform system upgrades implementing and maintaining security controls, and day to day administration of Windows, Unix and Linux
Perform troubleshooting events as they pertain to the Server Security environments using all resources available
Create documentation and procedures for a variety of technologies
Assist with administering Systems Service (i.e. Certificate Generation, Directory Services, File Integrity Monitoring, and Enterprise Logging)
Implement security improvements by assessing current situation, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements
Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducing periodic audits
Maintain quality service by following organizational standards and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results needed, accurately and in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and administration in multiple domains and operational support through troubleshooting, mitigation, and remediation of problem tickets
Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux and knowledge of AIX administration and the ability to learn new systems
Intermediate knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ including identity lifecycle automation, RBAC, custom rule development, and connector configuration
Strong knowledge of Cloud Security and GPOs & Microsoft PKI
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Operating Systems, Directory Services, Identify Management (SailPoint), Cloud Security, CyberArk and Virtualization
Ability to participate in on-call and on-site rotation as needed
Ability to provide advanced Active Directory support for LDAP, CyberArk, Identity Management (SailPoint)
Ability to work with DEVOPS/Puppet Development to automate infrastructure
Ability to plan, organize, and deliver professional technical documents on time and create needed documentation and procedures
Ability to successfully complete projects with little supervision and utilize strong customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot emergency events as they pertain to the Linux and Windows Server environments
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3+ years of enterprise level Information Technology experience with at least 2 years of hands-on SailPoint engineering experience required
Hands-on Linux and Windows Server system administration experience required
Certification or related Microsoft or Linux training preferred
Certification or related Cyber Security training preferred
