IT Support Specialist

As our IT Team is expanding further, we’re looking for an onsite colleague to join us in Ghent. Our ideal candidate is a tech savy and sociable person who thrives in a supportive role with a lot of direct contact with the business.

What can you expect?

• End-user support: You are the onsite first point of contact for both hardware and software issues.
• Onboarding: You help us prepare the laptops and other tools needed for new colleagues.
• Event support: On our internal and external events, you support on the technical side to ensure there are no issues with audio / visuals during the event.

 

Who are we looking for?

Education & Experience

• We’re looking for a colleague with minimum three years of relevant experience. A Bachelor degree in an IT related field is a nice to have.

 

Languages

• Dutch and English at a fluent level are must haves for this role.

 

Strengths

Expertise

• All round interest / skills in IT services is a must have. (For example: network administration, cloud based applications, Office 365, Excel Macro, …)
