The IT Support Engineer reports directly to the IT Team Lead. This person installs, configures, tests, and maintains operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Monitors and addresses application and system performance issues, collaborating with developers to implement solutions. Ensures the safety and protection of servers, laptop and desktop computers with up-to-date antivirus software. Installs, configures, and supports VPN access for end users. Provides Tier 3 level help desk/operations support.
Installs, configures, monitors, and maintains operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
Provides Tier 1 level help desk/operations support, handling escalated technical issues and providing advanced operational assistance.
Ensures the safety and protection of servers, laptops, desktop computers, and other devices by deploying and maintaining the latest antivirus software.
Supports remote users with VPN installations and provides ongoing support.

Bachelor of or university degree
One to two years of experience
