We are looking for a motivated and tech‑savvy IT Support Intern to join our IT Operations team. The intern will assist in day‑to‑day technical support activities, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Help manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions.
- Support daily IT operations such as ticket logging, issue tracking, and documentation.
- Work with the IT team to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Assist in asset inventory management and routine system audits.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of applications used by employees.
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities (device setup, accounts, permissions).
- Maintain clear documentation of incidents, resolutions, and procedures.
We are looking for
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email clients, and common office applications.
- Good problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, basic ITIL concepts, or ticketing tools.
- Experience with troubleshooting common enterprise applications.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
