What you'll do:
Provide second-level support for tickets escalated from Technical Support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Portal and Mobile Apps, SQL, and system logs.
Identify bugs and collaborate with the Development Team to resolve them within defined deadlines.
Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up on unresolved issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows.
Report to the Team Leader and maintain clear documentation of support activities.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Level II technical support.
Solid knowledge of:
Portal and Mobile App environments
Linux, Java, Bash, Python
Docker, Kubernetes
SQL administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
Proficiency in English; basic understanding of Italian is a plus.
