We are looking for an experienced IT Support Governance Senior Specialist to join our team of IT Support Governance, IT Support II Level Department.

The IT Support Governance Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring that IT support operations adhere to established policies, procedures, and best practices. This role focuses on maintaining compliance, driving process improvements, and enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness. The senior specialist will work closely with various IT teams, stakeholders, and management to implement and monitor governance frameworks.


What you'll do:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive bug reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.

  • Analyze bug data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Present reports to key managers, providing clear and concise information on bug status.

  • Own the bug reporting process, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Conduct governance activities and solicit input at all levels, ensuring compliance with procedures and timelines.

  • Organize and conduct regular meetings with all Factories for bug management, facilitating communication and problem resolution.

  • Monitor and control the bug management process, ensuring that bugs are addressed and resolved efficiently.

  • Monitor the quality of IT support service and implement corrective actions when necessary.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 years of experience in IT support, governance, compliance, or a related field.

  • Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools

  • Experience with bug tracking systems.

  • Strong understanding of IT support processes and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance is preferable.

  • Experience with audit and compliance processes is preferable.

  • Good knowledge of Italian & English language.
