What should the IT Support Application Analyst (Associate) expect from us?
If you are a curious and motivated tech professional who enjoys solving problems and ensuring the smooth running of systems, this role will be a great fit for you. You will support the day-to-day functioning of our software applications and play an important part in ensuring our digital solutions work effectively for PwC clients.
As an IT Support Application Analyst, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues. You will collaborate with Database Administrators, Infrastructure, and Cloud Operations teams to make sure incidents are managed and resolved quickly.

Responsibilities:
If you’re successful, you’ll undertake engagements locally and globally which could include a combination of but not limited to:
Provide first and second line support for application-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Combine excellent technical and functional problem-solving skills to deliver top notch client-focused support.
Provide support to business users and make sure that the SLAs are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while collaborating with end-users and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Collaborate with end-users to understand and address application-related challenges.
Assist in the deployment testing and configuration of software applications.
Conduct system analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Document support standard procedures, troubleshooting guides and best practices to facilitate efficient issue resolution and to grow the support knowledge base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in updates and enhancements, minimizing downtime and maximizing system reliability.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance end-user understanding of applications, reducing support requests.
Foster a collaborative environment, sharing insights and knowledge to contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT support framework.
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
Expand your skills by utilizing the latest technologies and training.
Ensure the completeness of all documentation and log.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ computer application/software engineering/information systems/information and communication technology.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in software development, testing or support environment.
