Job Summary: The IT Support Analyst provides Tier 1/Tier 2 support for end users across office, training center, stadium, remote and event operations. The role handles ticket triage, device provisioning, imaging, software deployment, and on-site support for practices and game days, delivering responsive service and thorough documentation.  

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line support via ticketing system, chat/phone, and walk-up; document troubleshooting and resolutions
  • Provision, image, and deploy laptops/tablets/phones; manage peripherals and onboarding kits
  • Support event operations with on-site setup, connectivity checks, and rapid incident response
  • Maintain knowledge base articles; escalate complex issues with clear context and diagnostics
  • Assist with software packaging, patching, and endpoint compliance, track assets accurately
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to customers ranging from executive level management to support staff and vendors
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Other duties assigned to support football-first culture

Minimum Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years in technical support or service desk roles
  • Experience with Windows/macOS endpoints, MDM, imaging tools, O365, Azure Cloud, Intune, Active Directory, and ticketing systems

Preferred Skills & Abilities 

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365, or JAMF/Intune
  • Strong customer service orientation; clear verbal and written communication
  • Ability to support after-hours and event schedules is needed
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, high paced environment
  • Willingness to learn to support routers, wireless access points, switches, UPS’s, PC’s, plotters, networked printers, VoIP phone systems, and multi-function copiers
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary for this role is $66,000 - $70,000
