Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IT Intern to join our IT Delivery and Experience team. You will be on the front lines of technology deployment—getting devices into the hands of our users—while also gaining valuable exposure to IT project management and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Assist the project team with logistical planning and execution of project rollouts.
  • Onsite Walkthroughs: Participate in site visits to evaluate infrastructure needs, review project scopes, and identify potential deployment hurdles.
  • Device Deployment: Configure, stage, and deploy laptops, desktops, phones, and mobile devices (iOS/Android) for new departments and relocation of business units.
  • Asset Management: Track hardware inventory and ensure all assets are properly documented in our management systems.
  • Documentation: Capture and document technical requirements and site specifications for upcoming IT projects.
  • User Support: Provide basic troubleshooting during hardware "go-live" events to ensure a smooth transition for staff. 

Minimum Requirements

College of Engineering or Computer Science students or related field.
