This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA

About the Role

Job Duties:

  • Design, implement, and manage information systems to support organizational goals.
  • Ensure integration and interoperability between various systems and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain robust data architectures for storage, retrieval, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and fulfill IT and information system needs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure reliable operation.
  • Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other network systems.
  • Use advanced analytics and visualization tools to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Optimize existing systems for better performance, scalability, and security.
  • Perform network upgrades, backup, and recovery tasks.
  • Ensure network security through firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and backup processes.
  • Implement advanced security protocols to protect sensitive organizational data.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide support for database management systems and cloud solutions.
  • Offer helpdesk support for employees, addressing technical queries and issues.
  • Train staff in new technologies and tools.
  • Provide advanced technical support and training for internal teams.
  • Develop user manuals and guidelines for efficient system usage.
  • Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades or new installations.
  • Lead IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams during IT implementations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to determine technological needs and implement.

Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology or related fields with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:

  • Network Design
  • Network Security
  • Network Troubleshooting
  • System Administration
  • IT Support Remote Users
  • Network Storage Management

Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 year of experience in the position IT Specialist, Network Engineer or related position

Work Time: M-F; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 40 hrs./week.

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $86,632
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
