Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and centralizing change control activities across BSS services, IT applications, and IT infrastructure platforms. Ensure all change processes are executed systematically, with proper risk management, monitoring, and performance reporting to support business continuity and system stability.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and centralize all change control activities related to BSS services, IT applications, and Charging and Billing System (CBS)
- Control and oversee all operational activities across BSS, IT applications, and IT infrastructure platforms/servers
- Manage and ensure step-by-step execution of change activities in alignment with defined processes and procedures
- Develop and implement procedures for decision-making, fallback, and rollback scenarios to minimize service impact
- Monitor, track, and follow up on change activities and performance
- Prepare and deliver reports including performance reports, C/A (Corrective Action) analysis, CSA reports, QADT, and provide feedback to stakeholders and management
- Coordinate impact assessment across all related nodes and systems for each change activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in IT operations, change management, or system support (BSS environment is a plus)
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and application support
- Experience in Charging and Billing System (CBS) will be an advantage
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English
