Major Duties:

  • You will drive improvement in user experience and help desk efficiency.

  • You will develop and articulate the architectural vision and strategy in alignment with PEO Digital's business goals and the DON Enterprise objectives.

  • You will work closely with Solution Management, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive solution design.

  • You will oversee the implementation of scalable and sustainable architectures, specifically focusing on RESTful architecture standards addressing both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • You will ensure the architectural runway is maintained to support the continuous delivery of value to end-users on demand.
  • You will collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to design, build, and optimize a robust Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP) across the Solution Train.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing the architecture and technical direction of an Agile Release Train (ART) so that it aligns with the overall vision and goals of PEO Digital and the Department of Navy Enterprise; and ensuring the technical integrity, quality, feasibility, and realization of ART products throughout the entire system lifecycle. In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Desired Skills: Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and the ability to apply them within an Agile framework. Expert understanding of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe); knowledge of integrating the organization's goals into the architecture. Expert in implementing RESTful services and addressing both functional and non-functional requirements. Strong knowledge of data governance, interoperability, and management practices. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and methods that apply to network and software development. Expert skill in communication and collaboration with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk).
