We’re looking for an IT Solution Architect to join us at Telia.
I’m Virginija Patackiene, Head of Finance, Planning and Reporting Solutions, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on transforming raw enterprise data into trusted insights powering reporting, analytics, and informed business decisions.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP BW solutions that ensure stable, scalable, and business-ready analytics. You will:
Develop scalable and maintainable SAP BW data models, flows, and integrations across core SAP platforms.
Create robust architectures, standards, and monitoring processes to improve system stability, performance, and data quality.
Consult business and IT stakeholders on data modeling, reporting strategy, and best practices across SAP BW and analytics tools.
Support SAP BW operations, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous system optimization.
What will help you thrive in this role:
A proactive, structured, and collaborative professional with strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset could be a great fit for this position. You also need:
Proven experience in SAP BW architecture, development, and production system support in complex enterprise environments.
Ability to design robust solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and balance development with operational support responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of SAP BW (7.5 / BW/4HANA), data modeling, data flows, performance optimization, and SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud exposure is a great plus.
Fluency in English (local language proficiency is considered as an advantage).

Monthly salary range for this position - 5500 - 7000 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
