Lead and shape IT service delivery at a key manufacturing site, acting as the bridge between local operations and global IT. This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, enhance security, and influence strategic IT initiatives that directly support business performance.

What you will do:
- Act as the single point of contact for all on-site IT matters, partnering closely with site leadership and global IT teams.
- Ensure delivery of IT services meets SLAs, monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and driving remediation actions.
- Capture and translate site-specific IT/OT requirements, coordinating with global teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead site IT governance by ensuring adherence to IT processes, policies, and security standards.
- Drive IT security compliance and awareness, reducing vulnerabilities in collaboration with regional security teams.
- Oversee infrastructure lifecycle management, including asset tracking, upgrades, and capital planning.
- Develop and manage disaster recovery plans, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business continuity.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field).
- 10–15 years of experience in IT service delivery or infrastructure roles.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT service management, SLA governance, and infrastructure lifecycle practices.
- Knowledge of IT security standards, compliance, and audit processes.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries is a plus.
