Responsibilities:
Security Operations & CSOC Coordination
- Coordinate IT security activities across FCS service leads, ensuring alignment with corporate security policies and standards.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison with the SOC for monitoring, alerts, analysis, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate response to security incidents, ensuring timely escalation, containment, communication, and post-incident reviews.
- Support security activities and ensure corrective actions are tracked to closure.
ISMS & ISO 27001 Governance
- Maintain and update ISMS documentation in accordance with ISO 27001 requirements, including policies, procedures, risk registers, and control evidence.
- Support internal and external audits by coordinating evidence collection and follow-up actions.
- Ensure security processes are documented, standardized, and continuously improved.
- Maintain and Update the Information Security Risk Register
- Promote security awareness and compliance across FCS teams.
- Maintain and Develop Security Reporting according to FCS KPI’s
Information Security and IT Security Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of information security and IT security projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cybersecurity initiatives such as risk remediation, tool implementation, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Partner with IT, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to define security requirements and project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
- IT or Engineering background preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Information Security, IT operations, or security governance roles.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating incident response activities and working with SOC teams.
- Strong understanding of ISMS frameworks like ISO 27001 NIS2-CSF2.0 practices.
