Are you passionate about enabling commercial success through smart, business-driven IT solutions? We are looking for a forward-thinking IT Service Manager, Network Security to lead and optimize IT services that empower our global teams.  

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into reliable, high-performing IT services that create real business value. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage service providers, and support key initiatives.  

This hybrid role will be based at our HQ in Espoo, Finland.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Oversee and take full responsibility for Network Security services within our IT Operations and Infrastructure domain and ensure high performance from offshore service provider.  

- Manage the end-to-end service and technology lifecycle, from design and implementation to support and continuous improvement.

- Own and drive IT service roadmap (rolling 18-24 months), and activity tracking aligned with the roadmap.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. Drive IT service management and governance meetings (technical and tactical), clear KPIs and escalation.

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, service delivery and support provided by service providers and vendors.  

- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests. Minimize disruptions and enhance service quality.  

- Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).  

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT services teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.  

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.  

- Collaborate with IT and Network Security counterparts to understand their needs and translate them into effective IT service strategies. Support other IT teams to design their solutions to match network policies.

- Manage, monthly forecast and monitor the IT service budget, ensure cost-effective delivery of services and adherence to financial targets, validate invoices and drive cost optimization and cost transparency

- Co-drive and support commercial negotiations for IT Services in scope. Drive, prepare and review work orders and service change orders.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and maintain the security and integrity of IT systems and data.  

- Oversee the Consumer Data Requests (GDPR, CCPA) process in area.   

- Govern and oversee security technologies including:

  • Perimeter, internal, and cloud firewalls, including policy lifecycle management, segmentation, rule governance, and exception handling.
  • User and Site-to-Site VPN services, including availability, performance, access policies, user experience, and gradual modernization or transition aligned with Zero Trust principles.
  • Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
  • Device and user access control for corporate and non-corporate devices. Experience with Cisco ISE is preferred, including 802.1X, profiling, and posture assessment.

  

Qualifications:  

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business IT or related field.  

- 5+ years of experience in IT service management.  

- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service lifecycle management.  

- Experience with Network Security technology and relevant solutions   

- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical domains.  

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.  

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
