London: £36,468 to £45,586 per annum
National: £33,592 to £41,990 per annum
(in exceptional circumstances we would consider a salary of up to 10% above the top of the advertised range)

We’re looking for an IT Service Platform Administrator, responsible for the configuration, optimisation, and administration of the organisation’s IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
With experience configuring workflows, automations, forms, and user interfaces within an ITSM tool and the ability to translate service management requirements into platform configuration, you’ll ensure the platform effectively supports core IT service processes such as incident, request, change, problem, and service catalogue management.
Working closely with the Service Management Office, technical teams and support functions, you’ll enable automation, service reporting, and continual service improvement through platform enhancements.
A strong understanding of ITIL practices and experience working in a service management or IT operations environment is vital. You’ll ensure the ITSM tool remains stable, secure, and aligned to operational and governance requirements.
If you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and are able to work collaboratively with technical teams, Service Desk, and service process owners, then we want to hear from you now!.
