Your mission will be to lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects that evolve our financial information systems across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. You will implement best-in-class solutions and tools to support our teams in serving the healthcare professionals who use Doctolib every day, as well as the millions of Europeans who visit our sites every month.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Finance IT projects, serving as the main point of contact for Finance teams (Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Treasury, Consolidation, Internal Control) and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

Collect and formalize business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and facilitate steering committees to ensure consistent communication to all stakeholders and sponsors across multiple simultaneous projects

Build and coordinate the Core Finance IT roadmap, managing project identification, prioritization, resource planning, and budget commitments while leveraging Doctolib's project management framework

Manage projects covering process transformation and tool implementation (ERP configuration, system integrations, automations), performing Discovery and configuration on new modules while coaching the engineering team

Structure support and training on Finance tools (SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Egencia, SAP Integration Suite, Pivot), ensuring best practices are documented and reference materials are built for configuration decisions

Drive change management and user adoption for new tools and processes, building trusted relationships with Finance stakeholders and translating business needs into actionable IT deliverables while managing trade-offs transparently

You have 5+ years of experience in IT project management, AMOA, or functional consulting in a Finance systems environment with proven track record on ERP projects covering P2P, AP, AR, GL, Assets, and Expenses

You have strong command of project management methodologies including scoping, planning, RACI, steering committees, and budget tracking, with ability to run design workshops and translate business requirements into functional specifications

You own your projects end-to-end with accountability from first workshop to post-go-live hypercare, proactively identifying risks, proposing solutions, and never losing sight of user experience

You speak both business and IT, understanding Finance processes well enough to challenge requirements and communicate clearly with Finance VPs, accountants, developers, and architects alike

You are rigorous and structured, ensuring your projects have clear charters, documented decisions, tested solutions, and trained users, recognizing that adoption is key to success

You manage complexity with pragmatism, juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities while making transparent trade-offs and keeping stakeholders aligned across international teams

You are fluent in French and English (business-level English required)

You have experience working in a fast-paced, international scale-up or large corporate transformation context

You have a background in IS Finance roles or consulting firms (Big 4, functional consulting)

You have familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Egencia, Concur, and integration middleware (SAP Integration Suite)

You have knowledge of consolidation tools (e.g., SAP Group reporting, Anaplan, Viareport) or treasury tools (e.g., Kyriba, Diapason, FIS)
