• Project & Sprint Management:
  Maintain backlog and sprint boards, prepare sprint plans, and lead planning and grooming sessions.
• Meeting Leadership & Communication:
  Prepare agendas, lead meetings, capture decisions, and distribute minutes. Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  Communicate key milestones, validate requirements, lead sign-offs, and coordinate vendor knowledge transfer and deliverables.
• Technical & Business Analysis:
  Maintain clear documentation, surface technical questions, and ensure requirements traceability.
• Risk & Decision-Making:
  Manage risks and issues, escalate critical items, and prioritize tasks within scope.
• QA & Launch Readiness:
  Coordinate testing, track defects, and confirm launch readiness before release.
• Continuous Improvement & Mentoring:
  Conduct research, share insights, and mentor team members while promoting enterprise standards.
• Ownership & Escalation:
  Own backlog, meetings, documentation, and risk mitigation. Escalate issues promptly with clear summaries and recommendations.

• Deployment & Security: CI/CD tools, security scanners
