IT Security Manager (m/f/d)

Pwc Luxembourg is hiring an IT Security Manager M/F/D. What if it was you? 

Your mission: As an IT Security Manager, you will protect and strengthen the organization’s digital environment by leading security initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a proactive culture of security risk management. This role is dedicated to enabling business growth through secure innovation, guiding teams with expertise, and building trust with stakeholders by safeguarding critical information assets. Your scope of work should encompass in addressing the application development as well as the infrastructure domains. 

Be a part of our team where you will:  

• Lead and manage the IT Security team 
• Collaborate with global and local teams on security topics 
• Conduct analysis to make appropriate decisions for the implementation of our security strategy. 
• Ensure security requirements are integrated into projects and operations. 
• Engage with local team stakeholders to assess security threats/vulnerabilities, manage business risk and recommend mitigation strategies. 
• Assess, plan and prioritise application security vulnerabilities and develop structured remediation plan 
• Govern local teams for compliance with PwC’s Information Security Policy (ISP) and legal/regulatory frameworks. 
• Contribute and review our local security policies and procedures. 
• Manage IT Security budget. 
• Provide leadership for security awareness and training for IT Teams 
• Research new attack vectors, tools, and industry trends to keep defenses current. 

Let’s talk about you. If you...

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field 
• Show proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing security projects 
• Demonstrate experience conducting risk assessments, vulnerability detection, and developing mitigation strategies 
• Possess experience drafting and enforcing security policies, ensuring compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR 
• Have an oversight of IAM systems, segregation of duties, and privileged account management 
• Are able to present security posture, risks, and strategies to senior management and nontechnical audiences. 
• Have proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop team 
• Have commonly expected credentials include CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent, showing recognized expertise in the field 
• Are fluent in both French and English
